Billy and Nigel as CUFC board reps gave their updates to the meeting.
The situation regarding the PurePay debt has not changed for months and the board discussed a new strategy to adopt.
Nigel was in dialogue with the club about re-establishing regular 1921 board meetings, having attended his first meeting in August. He had also attended the recent FSA League 1/League 2 meeting which was held entirely online.
The ongoing issue about potential re-structuring of CUOSC was again discussed. Some ideas put to us would be progressed over the next few weeks.
The new MemberMojo online membership system had been adopted and all current member data had been transferred. Work was ongoing to make it fully ‘live’. Online payments would be introduced as soon as possible. PayPal remains unavailable due to restrictions placed on our account.
The date of the next members’ meeting will be finalised soon.
